Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURNS

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return your jewellery, please follow the guidelines below to make the process smooth and efficient.

Eligibility for Returns

Items eligible for return:

  • Unused and Unworn: Jewellery must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return Period: Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Custom or Personalized Jewellery: Items that have been customized or engraved are not eligible for return unless there is a defect.
  • Sale Items: We will not offer returns on items on sale.

    Additional Information
  • Return Shipping: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 2-4 weeks for returns to be processed.

When contacting us to initiate a return, please provide:

  • Reason for Return: Briefly describe why you are returning the item.
  • Condition of the Item: Confirm that the jewellery is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Provide Proof of Purchase: Submit a copy of your receipt or order confirmation to verify the purchase date.

If your return is accepted, we will provide details on how to proceed.

Processing Your Return

Inspection:

  • Condition Check: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Store Credit/Exchange: Depending on your preference, we will issue a store credit or process an exchange for a different item.

Exchanges:

  • Availability: If you prefer to exchange your item, please let us know the desired replacement item. *Exchanges are subject to availability.

*please note: GAL does not offer refunds unless goods are received in a faulty condition.

In compliance with Australia Consumer Law, GAL is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make an incorrect selection, need a different size or change or mind.
